The Wesemael Group

Your partner for success in agriculture and horticulture
Discover a unique network of companies with a shared passion for agriculture and horticulture. Within our group, each company has its own specialities, allowing us to support each other and thus optimally provide our customers with high-quality raw materials and materials needed for growing high-quality end products.

History and origins

Our journey began in Emmadorp, where Richard van Wesemael officially started as a distributor in 1960. What began as an arable farm and contracting business, soon developed itself into a pioneer in crop protection products.

Relocation and expansion

In 1978, we moved to our location in Hulst at the Zoutestraat, where we continued to grow into a total supplier for agricultural entrepreneurs. In addition, a Depot in Biddinghuizen became an integral part of our business in the late 1970s.

The Wesemael Group

Over the years, we have integrated and started several companies, resulting in the formation of the Wesemael Group. Each company within our group has its own area of expertise, allowing us to complement each other and offer our customers a wide range of high-quality products and services.
